Executive Team

Seth Blank, CEO, co-founder and company director. Mr. Blank has served as CEO since the founding of DBIX, led various capital raisings for the company, establishment of the Board of Directors and engagement of initial customers . He has experience as COO, CTO and Vice President in charge of technology at a number of fast growing hi-tech and financial services companies, including Simpli Hosting, Visual Trading Systems, Rocket Review and Capital Markets Services LLC. Mr Blank has extensive experience recruiting, hiring and training technology and business development team members, and achieving ambitious deadlines and milestones in mission critical software development.

Rob Kinyon, CTO, co-founder and company director. Mr. Kinyon has, as a co-founder, brought to DBIX considerable skills and experience in the worlds of web development, software development, and programming, and created the DBIX software engine and prototypes. He also manages the product development and early customer integration activities. He has extensive experience as a senior technologist at a number of successful companies.

Board of Directors & Advisors

Dr. William Ardrey, Chairman, brings extensive capital raising and business acceleration experience to DBIX, gained from leading companies in the digital asset management software, health care IT and medical businesses. He has won the PWC top performing CEO award from this leading accountancy firm, and also the Business News 40-under-40 awards. Dr. Ardrey currently serves as Chairman of a number of publicly listed health care companies in Australia and the USA, and a Strategist for the Queensland Eye Hospital group and for Neurovision medical technologies, and frequently publishes in technical and management journals on innovation.

Mr. Paul Hoyt, Director, brings an independent view of the technology business to the Board, as well as extensive experience coaching and consulting with fast growing companies via his Hoyt Management Group. Mr. Hoyt is the author of The Foundation Factor- critical measurement of business strength, and a well known consultant and seminar presenter at such forums as CEO Space, formerly Income Builders International.
